Our store sells:

• AI prompt bundles
• Watercolor PNG illustrations with transparent backgrounds
• Commercial-license bundles and mega bundles

All products are digital goods, delivered automatically after purchase via Lemon Squeezy.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. Digital Products

• Products are provided in digital format (e.g., PNG files, text files, PDF files, ZIP bundles).
• No physical items will be shipped.
• Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final (see Section 7).

3. Licensing & Usage Rights

Unless stated otherwise in the product description, your purchase includes a Commercial License.

You May:

• Use the prompts and illustrations in personal and commercial projects.
• Create derivative works using the illustrations.
• Use the products in:

  • Print-on-demand (POD) designs

  • Websites, digital products, and client projects

You May NOT:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the original files, prompts, bundles, or illustrations “as is.”
• Claim the artwork or prompts as your own original creation.
• Use the products to create competing bundles, stickers, or clipart packs that directly resell the source files.

If you are unsure whether your intended use is permitted, please contact us before purchase.

4. Delivery

All digital goods are delivered via Lemon Squeezy immediately after successful payment.

You will receive:

• A download link
• Email confirmation

Please download and back up your files. We are not responsible for lost files after delivery.

5. Payment

• Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.
• Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and others supported by Lemon Squeezy.
• All prices are listed in USD and may be updated at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

• All products, designs, illustrations, prompts, and bundled content remain the intellectual property of Articlipta.
• Purchase grants you a license, not ownership of the original files.

7. Refund Policy

• Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been delivered.
• If you experience download issues or corrupted files, we will re-send your purchase at no cost.

8. Prohibited Use

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling or redistributing the products in any form of online marketplace (e.g., Etsy, Creative Market) as standalone files.
• Licensing or sublicensing the products to third parties.
• Using the products in illegal, defamatory, or harmful contexts.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Business interruptions
• Malfunctions due to user software/hardware
• Any claims resulting from misuse of the products

All products are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind.

• We do not store or share your payment information.
